For similar amount of money, you are likely to get 2 to 3 times living space of average hotel and motel units.

While we are not operating at the low end of the market and offering the lowest prices, we trust we provide our guests the best value for accommodation in Christchurch.

Some other apartments in town do offer lower rates, but they are mainly for students. Guests may have to share entrance, lifts, kitchens, TVs or even bathrooms with hundreds of students in a building.

When comparing pricing, parking, internet and telephone costs may also make big difference.

• Free local phone calls (great to keep in-touch with family, friends or doing business). Directory and assisted calls: $2 per call.
• Low rates for all other calls: $0.25/min national calls and $0.70/min mobile calls in New Zealand; $0.25/min for international calls to most countries (landlines and mobiles of some countries such as China, USA), Australia and UK mobile only $0.70/min.
• Weekly instead of daily service and lower energy bills enable us to offer lower rates to our guests

• 1-bedroom executive apartments: 2 persons, one queen bed only
• 2-bedroom executive apartments: 4 to 6 persons
• 1-bedroom seaview apartments: 2 persons, one queen bed only
• 2-bedroom seaview apartments: 4 to 5 persons
• 2-bedroom penthouse apartments: 6 persons
• 3-bedroom townhouse/apartment: 8 persons

To secure your apartment, early booking is strongly recommended especial during high seasons. There is no charge for cancellations notified at least 3 days prior to 2pm of the arrival date. 1 day's rate will be charged for later cancellations. Postponement may be allowed subject to availability.
